From the south on the Vélodyssée

Level

The easiest and shortest route southbound by the coast.

  • Departure : 41 quai du Gabut 17000 la rochelle
  • Arrival: Casino boulevard de la mer 17340 Chatelaion

 

You will take the Vélodyssée and discover the bay of Aytré, Angoulins then Chatellailon and its restaurants (14 km). The most motivated can push on to Fouras and its reserve in the marsh of Yves.

To the north on Ré Isle

Level

Go to the Ile de Ré cycling paths. The bridge is free for bikes. A dedicated, separate car path is provided for crossing the bridge.
